Recent results of ING International Survey show that relatively few people have invested in Bitcoin or other crypto-currencies.
Nine percent of European consumers indicated that they bought crypto currency. In the United States, this figure is 8 percent. Luxembourg and Belgium reached the lowest level in Europe, while 18% of those polled in Turkey say that they have a digital currency. According to the source, many respondents are worried about the risks in investing in the currency.
One of the drawbacks of this study is a rather small sample of respondents - 14,828 people. In addition, there is no data on Asian consumers. Also, there are no data on how many people heard about the crypto currency, but do not own it. Nevertheless, such data once again speak of a huge potential for growth.
